Refund & Returns Policy

Pinehurst Journal Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000) is committed to fair and transparent trading. This policy sets out your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds for Slim Coffee Booster orders placed through livebonewipe.world.

Your Right to Return

You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, for any reason, without penalty. This applies to all orders regardless of your location, consistent with the principles of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or partially used, unless the product is faulty or not as described. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@livebonewipe.world within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your name, phone number and brief reason for return.
  3. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. As orders are fulfilled via cash on delivery, refunds for returned goods are issued via bank transfer or the method we confirm with you at the time of return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used product (unless faulty or not as described);
  • Products returned after the 14-day window without prior arrangement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@livebonewipe.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
